Property Condition Assessment
Following the ASTM E2018-08 Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments, Fulcrum identifies physical deficiencies, such as the presence of conspicuous defects or deferred maintenance of material systems, components, or equipment. For Clients looking at a more comprehensive approach, Fulcrum will assemble, manage, and coordinate a team of specialists to further investigate the condition of major building components and systems tailored to suit Client needs.
