Treasure and Yerba Buena Islands are located in San Francisco Bay off the eastern coast of San Francisco, California, which collectively was a former United States Naval Station. The project consists of approximately 450 acres, including both islands and, once completed, will offer magnificent views of Regional Landmarks including Downtown San Francisco, Alcatraz, and the Golden Gate Bridge. A Town Center with Ferry Terminal, Retail District Plaza, commercial office and 400-slip Marina will be created along with the adaptive reuse of historical buildings. New and upgraded streets with bicycle, transit, and pedestrian facilities will be formed. New wet and dry utility systems will be installed on both islands.
