Take a look at Caesars Entertainment Corporation’s newest development, “Caesars Forum.” This $375 million dollar project will include 550,000 square feet of event space and will be located adjacent to three other projects Fulcrum has been involved with: LINQ, Harrah’s and Flamingo. We are proud to continue providing expertise on this addition to the Las Vegas strip.
LINQ (Vegas High Roller) & RDE
Anchoring the RDE district to the east is the 550–ft high Observation Wheel named the “Vegas High Roller”. Offering unlimited views of the Strip from 28 spherical “cabins” that hold up to 40 passengers each, the proposed wheel is planned to make one full revolution every 30 minutes in normal operation and will carry a maximum of 1,120 passengers with each revolution. The cabins include high–end finishes such as audio/visual components, a beverage cart and cabin and show lighting.
Great Wolf Lodge Arizona
The project’s use is a combination of hospitality and amusement that is inclusive of a six–story, 350 guest–room hotel; a single story Family Entertainment Complex (FEC) containing amenity spaces such as conference rooms, restaurants, retail, dry–play, and office spaces; and a single-story Water Park.
SLS Hotel
Located at the juncture of East Sahara Avenue, Paradise Road, and Las Vegas Boulevard in Las Vegas, Nevada, the SLS Hotel Renovation Project was renovated to become a “First Class Hotel” comprising premium and casual bars, restaurants, nightclubs, gaming and entertainment venues towards the north end of the Las Vegas Strip. Imagery for the SLS Hotel has a “Hollywood/LA” feel with areas of varying height, materials and detailing geared toward a more “younger–hip” patron.
