Skylofts

Skyloft is a brand–new high–rise off–campus student housing apartment development in Austin, Texas. It is conveniently located 1 1/2 blocks away from campus. It entails 18 stories over four levels of underground parking bringing it to a total of 22 levels with 212 units and 674 bedrooms. Amenities include state-of-the-art fitness and yoga room with city views. In addition, a rooftop pool with sights of campus and downtown, study spaces throughout, and teal central boiling plant technology are within.

Moontower

An 18 story student housing development located one block from the University of Texas at Austin in the West Campus neighborhood. Moontower boasts 166 units (567 beds), a creative learning floor, health and wellness floor, and rooftop pool with a gym. Moontower has a set delivery date of July, 2020.

Bella Terra Phase II

Located in Allen, TX, this new, multi-family, class-A, garden-style project contains 366 units within seven residential buildings that include tuck-under parking garages at the lower levels. The amenity center and leasing office are situated at the center of the property with an outdoor swimming pool located adjacent to the leasing office. The project includes a separate retail building that is located to the south of Phase 1.

Sovereign at Town Center

Sovereign at Town Center, located in Davenport, Florida.

Construction is underway on this beautiful garden-style multifamily. The luxury community will include 710 units with space for retail. The community will consist of a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units averaging 1,092 SF throughout 14 buildings and private garages. Each unit will include 9’ ceilings, hardwood cabinets and flooring, stainless steel appliances, and brushed nickel fixtures. Amenities will include a pool and dog park, a media and movie theatre, a game and billiards room, a fitness center, a golf simulator, and a tennis court.
 

Sovereign at Town Center comes closer to completion slated for January 2023.
