This mixed-use project consists of certain adjacent historic building renovations and rehabilitation (mixed-use building and a separate church building) at the northwest and northeast corners of the property with the core and shell and subsequent hotel TI construction of a 45-story high-rise building over nine levels of subterranean parking. Mixed-uses include retail, high-rise office, and high-rise luxury hotel areas with amenity spaces throughout.
