Located in New York, NY, this development is the conversion of four floors of vacant office space into a state-of-the-art private middle school including structural modifications to create a gymnasium/auditorium space in the basement level, as well as slab removal to create a focal point connecting the second-and third-floor spaces. Additional structural modifications were necessary to relocate and enlarge the main commuting stairway for space.
