Here at Fulcrum, we believe that serving our community is our social responsibility to creating a better future. Thus, we have created the #FulcrumCares initiative, in which we volunteer our time or donate needed goods to charitable organizations.
This past week our Denver office chose the Denver Children’s Home. Our team collected much-needed school supplies, everyday essentials, and a few children’s games to donate to their establishment found in Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood.
A round of applause to Bisnow for putting on a successful event this past week in Denver. We were honored to be a chosen panelist and sponsor for the Denver Construction and Development Panel. Thank you, Bisnow, and attendees who joined us for an eventful morning of networking and conversation. We can say with a happy heart that we are elated for in-person events again and look forward to Bisnow’s future events.

Everyone has experienced the hardships of this past year due to COVID-19. In our efforts to give back to our communities and bring awareness to our surrounding neighbors, members of our Los Angeles team partnered up with Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County (Second Harvest) to volunteer their time packaging two-weeks of food supplies for seniors in the community.
There’s no better day than playing a full day of golf to support the Real Estate Finance Association of CT at their Annual Golf Tournament to raise funds for Habitat for Humanity International. Members of our New York and Hartford teams enjoyed their time on the course and at dinner, regardless of some unexpected rain at Tumble Creek Country Club.
