#ProjectProfile – 168th Plymouth

If you reside in New York, you’re more than familiar with the “DUMBO” neighborhood, but for our friends who aren’t, “DUMBO” came about in the late ‘70s from the residents who lived in lofts above the warehouse district in Brooklyn. The acronym stands for “Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass.” In the late 90s and early 2000s, a developer saw a vision and acquired 32 acres of land to develop the area into what it is today.

Today, we bring a #ProjectProfile close to our hearts from Brooklyn, New York. 168th Plymouth is one of the last loft conversions in “DUMBO,” Brooklyn, New York.

Central Station Groundbreaking

April 13th marked a momentous day for the City of Phoenix!

Fulcrum, partners, and business leaders gathered on-site to celebrate the #CentralStationPHX groundbreaking ceremony. The reimagined transit depot will be home to two residential towers, including long-awaited student housing, market-rate multi-family, 70,000 SF of flexible, creative office space, two levels of below-grade parking with 430 spaces and 30,000 SF of ground retail space creating a vibrant urban hub adjacent to Arizona State University Downtown Phoenix Campus. The new Central Station!
