Fulcrum recently took part in the Information Management Network (IMN) 18th Annual Winter Real Estate Opportunity & Private Fund Forum (WinterOpps) in Laguna, CA.

Panels included a wide variety of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) partners and were resoundingly positive and upbeat about the prospect of CRE growth in 2022. Single-Family Rental (SFR) and Build to Rent (BTR) are here to stay and growing exponentially faster with peak demand not yet realized. Several panels touched on the steady long-term growth in life sciences, student housing, and cold storage. Office space will continue to evolve post-pandemic and work-from-home factors will potentially abate within 18 – 24 months. Workplace diversity was a panel topic well-received too. Panel speakers continued to urge growth in all CRE segments.

Fulcrum looks forward to continued growth within all CRE segments and strives to better serve our clients by keeping up-to-date on current trends through forums like this.
