FIRST Little Havana

“This project will offer approximately 196 market-rate apartments from 650 to 1175 SF in this vibrant and historic neighborhood with excellent proximity to downtown Miami and the Central Business District (CBD) of Brickell Avenue. Amenities designed specifically for the residents’ enjoyment include a fitness center, a pool and pool deck, garden area, dog walk and grooming center, and dedicated parking spaces per unit. Additional ground-floor retail units will offer shopping and dining convenience to the residents and community.” –Premium Development.

Atlas Apartments

Atlas Apartments was a rehabilitation of an existing hospital into residential units. The adjacent Boys Town clinic remained active throughout construction and was incorporated into the project via corridor access to the main level amenities and coffee shop. Several pedestrians bridge across U.S highway 75 (over 12 traffic lanes) to the east of the site. Atlas apartments include a retention pond on the south side of the site, a coffee shop, theater, two indoor (indoor/outdoor on L8) pools, and a basketball court. 

Hyatt House Naples/5th Ave

Hyatt House Naples/5th Avenue is a 3-story modular constructed hotel with an attached four level parking garage, located at 1345 5th Avenue South in Naples, Florida. Hyatt House Naples/5th Avenue further contains a pool, elevated walkways and boat docks along the waterfront.

Ballpark Village

The project is a mixed-use commercial/residential development consisting of one 37-story residential high-rise building with an adjoining seven-story building and two additional six-story mid-rise buildings all above three levels of subterranean parking on a 3.57 acre lot located in the East Village neighborhood of downtown San Diego adjacent to Petco Park.  The residential portion of the property includes a  total of 713 studio, one, two and three bedroom residential  units with five Live/Work units and one two-story penthouse on the 34th and 35th levels of the high-rise.  The parking levels house 1,220 parking spaces and there is 59,070 square feet of commercial space located on the first two floors.

9th & Colorado

The 9th & Colorado projects are part of the ongoing redevelopment of the old University of Colorado Hospital campus. It is a multi-phase redevelopment master-planned project. Both projects, are multi-family high rises with the first phase, Block 7 South completed in 2018 and the second phase, Block 7 East to be completed at the end of 2019.

Caesars Forum

Take a look at Caesars Entertainment Corporation’s newest development, “Caesars Forum.” This $375 million dollar project will include 550,000 square feet of event space and will be located adjacent to three other projects Fulcrum has been involved with: LINQ, Harrah’s and Flamingo.
