Work is well underway at Brewers Block, with mass excavation complete. Installation of deep foundations for Buildings 1 and 2 are in process, and selective demolition and facade restoration is in progress for Building 3. Footings and foundations are anticipated to begin within the next week.

Welcome back to our latest update on our Pittsburgh #FeaturedProject, Brewers Block!
Brewers Block is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in the Polish Hill neighborhood, adjacent to the Strip District and Lawrenceville. Brewers Block is an up-and-coming Multi-family developed by RDC Design/Build and Commonwealth Developments Partners, LLC. It will house 377 apartment units within two new six-story podium-style buildings and one four-story redeveloped existing structure.
