With Earth Day (EARTHDAY.ORG) approaching on April 22nd, Fulcrum’s Denver office had an early start in contributing to preserving the planet. This past week the team went to Wallace Park to conduct a local park clean-up.
“It was nice to get outside on this sunny day and pick up trash at this beautiful park. I have not been there before today, but interested in taking some lunch breaks there this summer! Glad the four of us could help clean it up just in time for this warmer weather!” – Bethany Boniface, Fulcrum Project Coordinator.
The park is named after a local Real Estate Developer, George M. Wallace, who helped build the Denver Technological Center (DTC). Wallace Park is a 24.8-acre hidden gem in the DTC area. The park is home to the Goldsmith Gulch running/biking trail, two calisthenic courses, a children’s jungle gym, sandbox, picnic tables, and plenty of towering trees and rolling grass hills.
Thank you to our Denver team for contributing to the cause and making their community cleaner and safer for everyone.
